Tim Lee spent 2 decades as a real estate consultant and construction project manager in the Portland Metropolitan area specializing in multi-family housing. His extensive knowledge of property management, construction and brokerage gives him a unique ability to identify true value propositions that may be less obvious to even the most seasoned real estate professional.

Michael White

Principal, Real Estate Broker

Michael White is a Portland/Vancouver native. He started his real estate career 1998 focusing on residential sales. In 2001 he transitioned into multi-family sales and management and in 2013 he branched out once again, successfully managing and leasing commercial buildings. Mike brings a diverse background spanning many facets of real estate. 

Charles Smiley, MBA

Real Estate Broker

After earning his MBA from DePaul University, Charles Smiley spent most of 17 years at Harpo Studios, Inc. where he served as the Vice President of Research. Prior to this, he worked as a mortgage broker and property rental agent.

In addition to his work with Community Investment Properties, he is a consultant for multi-family property management.
